Greetings to all new visitors of the website of the Triple Diamond 4WD Club of
NSW Inc.
Recently our members area has been brought up to scratch. Please have a look and
check your details and let anyone of the committee know if there are any mistakes.
As of today we have some 1.000 plus pictures in our photo gallery (members section only) for
viewing. It has taken some time to come up with a solution that is both attractive
and workefficient. After a lot of searching for some appropriate scripts and more
fiddling with the coding I'm happy to say that the photo gallery should be one of
the most visited pages of our website.
If you have any digital pictures that you would like to submit for our website
you can email these to
photos@triplediamond.asn.au
Alternatively you can email me just the link to the website where these pictures
are located (it must be accessible to the general public) and I can upload those
to the gallery.
Here are instructions on how to get access to the members section:
First of all - you need to be a fully paid financial member of the club.
The members area is divided in 2 seperate sections:
the forum section (Forum) and
the non-forum section (Combined Tripcalendar (full details & headlines only),
Club magazines - Reports & Minutes, Members, Clubmerchandise, Photo Gallery)
Access to the forum section is achieved by login in the forum.
To be able to actually see all the available forums you
must
register in the forum. Don't worry this doesn't cost anything or doesn't lead
to any spam emails. The forum is under full control of the webcommittee. It
allows us to keep tight control on who gets to see what and who can use it to
which extend.
Once you've signed up as a registered member you will then be upgraded by either
Richard Windeyer or myself into the Clubmembers user group (provided you are a
fully paid up financial member) and then have full access to the forum. You will
be notified by one of us once we've upgraded you into the clubmembers user group.
The non-forum section has a seperate password protection. Your login/username is
your full name (i.e. Peter Sample, Donald Duck). The password has not been set.
This can only be done by the administrators of the website (Richard Windeyer and
myself).
You need to contact me either by phone (02-4739 5363 or 0403-756 666), email or
SMS (0403-756 666) with your choice of password (minimum 6, maximum 12 characters)
and I will set it up asap.
Once that's done you have access to the non-forum part as well.
