The Club
The Triple Diamond Four Wheel Drive Club commenced life as the
Mitsubishi 4WD Owners Club and was known by this name from March
1985 to July 1990.
Mitsubishi Motors (Australia) objected to the use of the name
"Mitsubishi" and the Mitsubishi logo in the Club badge and the
Triple Diamond 4WD Club of NSW (Inc) was formed. The Club
currently has

no affiliation with
Mitsubishi Motors Australia, is independent of any commercial
organisation and all makes of 4WD vehicle are welcome. The only
qualification is that the vehicle has a low range transfer
case.

The Club is family
orientated with both partners, where applicable, being elected
for membership of the Club, but holding only one vote between the
two parties. If a member is elected to the Committee that member
holds the voting rights.

The Club conducts day,
week-end and extended 4WD trips and 4WD driver training weekends
throughout the year ranging from easy touring trips to very
difficult 4WD trips. Furthermore a very busy social events
calendar rounds off our range of activities that offers something
for everyone.
The Club is a member of the Four Wheel Drive NSW & ACT,
Association and takes an active part in its endeavours.
A Club magazine issues several times per year depending on input
and the voluntary time available to the Editor.
The annual Membership Fee is AUD 55.00 per annum with a one-off
joining fee of AUD 50.00 effective 1 July 2005. The joining fee
includes a cloth badge and a car sticker.
