The Triple Diamond 4WD Club of NSW organises social events throughout the year. Here are some photos of these events.
Social Events
One of our major activities is of course the training of all our members in the proper use of 4WD vehicles in various situations.<br />We pride ourselves in providing 4WD driver training to the highest standards that enables our clubmembers to be prepared for even the most difficult of terrains and obstacles.
4WD Driver Training Weekends
Throughout the year we have 4WD daytrips on our tripcalendar. These can range from easy to hard in difficulty and are very popular.<br />This allows those clubmembers who have other commitments on Saturdays or Sundays to participate in clubtrips and broaden their proficency in 4WDing.
4WD Daytrips
The weekend trips are the most popular of trips on our tripcalendar. After the demands of daily live it is a welcome change to have the opportunity to get away from it on the weekends.<br />There is something for everyone - 4WDing, camping, bushwalks, scenery and last but not least pleasant company not only for the adults but also for the kids.
4WD Weekend Trips
Who hasn't dreamt of exploring our beautiful country, following in the footsteps of our early explorers but doing it in safety and comfort.<br /> Every year clubmembers do just that on clubtrips of various duration (1 - 4 weeks) - enjoying each others company and the knowledge that safety lies in numbers and the proper preparation of vehicles and in depth training of the drivers.
Extended 4WD Trips
Our club doesn't just think about its own members but also about the community as a whole. Reflecting our social and environmental conscience are trips in which clubmembers can participate on clean up days and other events specifically organized for the less fortunate in our society.
Community Events
Once a month apart from December and January, usually on the 3rd Sunday, the general meeting of the 4WD club is held at various outdoor locations in and around Sydney where the members can catch up with each other and with the latest news in regard to our 4WD club and the 4WD Association of NSW.
